TVB Female Executives' 3 Things To Blame

(illustration 1: "I bought this but doesn't fit me!" | "Hey it's my size!"/illustration 2: "I'm selling 2nd-hand car!" | "I want it!" | "I want it! doesn't matter how much it costs! | I want it!")
  1. Artistes have many excuses to give executives gifts. They always use the excuse of "bought the item but it's the wrong size" to give expensive jewelry, handbags, leather jacket, and leather boots, etc. to female executives.  These executives would openly say what they like and if they see something they don't like, they will tell that person to take it back.
  2. A female executive once tried to sell second-hand car. In order to please her, artistes tried to buy it with high prices (much higher than standard price in the market.)
  3. After a veteran female artiste passed away, her daughter wanted to thank her mother's friends so she allowed them to pick something to keep from her mother's remnant. The whole purpose was for them to recall fondly of their dead friend. But a female executive said this item and that item can make her remember her friend and recall the past. In the end, she took many expensive designer handbags.

Catherine Tsang Gets Mad: I Never Receive A Handbag!

Yesterday ex-TVB artiste Vinci Wong exposed many artistes gave designer handbags to high female executives in order to please them. All high female executives including Virginia Lok, Tseng, and other female producers denied they're "handbag monsters." Lok said: "I never receive a handbag!" She said Wong is silly and Wong suddenly denied saying such thing in order to prevent being asked by ICAC.

It's not a secret for high executives to receive gifts, but artistes just couldn't tell others. Now Wong exposed the handbag incident, many people are discussing who is the "handbag monster" with excitment.

The media called many female producers and high executives for this matter. Director of production department Catherine Tsang replied by phone with a big reaction: "Tell Vinci Wong to openly announce the name of that female executive! Anyways, I didn't receive any handbag. I think he shouldn't talk about this type of thing in this situation. He's such a silly boy. (Are you questioned by ICAC?) Can't answer that, whether I did or not, shouldn't tell you media." Then she told reporters never call her again.

Director of sourcing department Virginia Lok replied through assistant director of external affairs Mr. Tseng: "Ms. Lok won't reply to anything relating to the investigation."

Production director Ms. Ho said: "I never receive gifts from artistes. But if ICAC needs my assistance, I'll corporate with them.

Vinci Wong cleared up his statement from yesterday: "That's not what I meant, I just said I read this on the magazine. I never eyewitness any female executive receiving gifts. Tsang jeh and Virginia Lok didn't call, nor I would call them." Then he called Oriental Daily: "I receive several phone calls. They all ask me to tell the name of that person. I'm worried that ICAC might question me."

Kate Winslet & Sam Mendes Spilt

The 7-year itch perhaps?

The nearly seven-year marriage of Kate Winslet and director Sam Mendes is coming to an end.

"Kate and Sam are saddened to announce that they separated earlier this year," their lawyers say in a statement. "The split is entirely amicable and is by mutual agreement. Both parties are fully committed to the future joint parenting of their children."

Winslet, 34, and Mendes, 44, were married in 2003. They have a son, Joe, 6. Winslet also has a daughter, Mia, 9, from her first marriage to Jim Threapleton.

Winslet and Mendez, who were both born in Reading, England, are also both Oscar winners. She won the Best Actress award in 2009 for The Reader after five previous nominations. He was named Best Director in 2000 for American Beauty.

They became a couple in the fall of 2001, when Mendes approached Winslet to star in two stage productions with his Donmar Warehouse theater company in London. (She turned him down.) Mendes had previously been linked to actresses Calista Flockhart and Rachel Weisz.

Jocelyn Wang Shoots Lingerie Commericial, Old Man Peeps

Jocelyn Wang filmed a new lingerie commericial lately. During the filming process, it was discovered that a random old man was peeping with a telescope. Jocelyn said she already took precautions against accidental exposure that the old man shouldn't see anything "interesting." But she felt creepy when she thought of someone was starring at her when she was changing. Because the filming location was in a suburban area, there were lots of flies. Her legs and arms were stung except her breasts. She joked: "Looks like flies aren't perverted at all."

Suki Tsui Gives Birth To A 7lb Baby Girl

25-year-old Suki Tsui gave birth to a 7lb baby girl a week earlier than the expected due date. She named her daughter Vianna. Suki planned to have a c-section next week on the 23rd but seems her daughter wants to see the real world with eager.

Husband Kenny Wong was there with Suki and he filmed the delivery process. It only took her 15min to deliver. Kenny didn't even have time to take pictures and the daughter was out already. He didn't cut off the chord himself: "Because it has blood, it's better for the nurse to handle it.

Kenny described that his daughter has long legs and her eyes look like his; other parts looks like Suki's: "It's better to look like her mom, who is a pretty girl."

Vicki Zhao Reveals Her Feeling About Being Pregnant

Source: SMWeekly
Translated by: KAY@kays-entertainment.blogspot.com
Vicki Zhao finally spoke up and expressed her feelings about pregnancy through a Mainland magazine:

Actually I don't haven't anything to hide. Everything I did is for my family to have a peaceful living environment. I thought it's just personal life and I don't need to share it with the public. Seems like you can't always do things you like once you're in the showbiz. Now my personal life is linked to another female star, this is scary hehe. It seems like I have lots of things to complain about.

Thank you everyone for your concern. It's not my habit to share my personal life with the public and steal the headline. Maybe I'm too low-key, that's why it attracted more unnecessary rumors, doubts, and imaginations. I want to let everyone know that I'm alright. My life now is peaceful, normal, and happy. I never let myself rest these years. Thank you all your care and concern. Wish everyone's tomorrow is another sunny and glittering day.

Taiwanese Idol Drama Ratings (Sunday 03/14/2010)

The battle is still between CTV's "Down With Love" and TTV's "P.S Man," both received ratings around 3. But this time "P.S Man" won the #1 spot by 3.67, 0.26 ahead of "Down With Love." It's hard to determine the winner the next several weeks...I was worried about the rating of "P.S Man" when I watched Episode 3 yesterday. It got a little boring and felt it's dragging between scenes...All I can say is it's hard for all 3 on-air dramas to reach the popularity like "Autumn's Concerto" & "Fated to Love You."
  1. P.S Man - 3.67
  2. Down With Love - 3.41
  3. Because of You - 0.36
