Kary Ng and band Hardpack continued their retro look and shoot cover for their new album. They dressed up as nurse and lunatics, making the studio to look like a nuthouse. Kary wore a see-through nurse outfit and held a syringe in her hand. Hardpack members each played different kinds of lunatics and they were very into their characters. Staff joked if they don't group as a band, they can be actors. Kary expressed it was happy during the making of this album. In the beginning she worried the company would reject them using nuthouse as the concept for their album cover, but they received support in the end. They hope to bring a fresh feeling to everyone.
